Dr. Jon and his staff are all great. They explain options and costs up front. Prices are not cheap but reasonable. Level of care is very high.

My son brought his dog here. The vet examined a growth on his paw gave his analysis. My son had the dog scheduled for a tooth problem and the vet recommended that he have the paw growth removed at the time of the tooth removal with the other Veterinarian and said that the other vet could do it more economically. He would be my first pick for my personal surgeon if he were to go into Human practice. I would give him a 10 if it were an option. This first visit was a free visit.

Friendly staff, easy access and honest service. We’ve been going here for years now and would recommend for sure! One of our dogs ended up having eye issues and helped us along the way to find out what was happening. After several tests were completed they immediately advised us to another eye specialist at K-State. After the surgery from K-State we were grateful it turned out so successful!🙌🏽😅❤️🐶

This place is amazing! They went above and beyond to save and help my fur babies. I don't know what I would do without VCA animal hospital. Dr Meagan, Dr Jon, Ariel, Lisa, and Jessica are all blessings. I can not express my gratitude enough. I highly recommend you to bring your fur babies to VCA... My puppy needed to be seen for a follow up X-ray on Saturday and it was Friday. I called a bunch of Saturday clinics and no one would squeeze her in because they were booked. I live in far west Wichita but went ahead and called Andover assuming they wouldn’t be able to either. The person answering phones took the time to go ask the clinicians if they could squeeze her in instead of saying no right away. They agreed to get her in the next morning! Once we got there, everyone was so nice! I was seen immediately and the tech was thorough and so good with the puppy. Then Dr. Megan came in and was the best! She took her time, explained everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered. They took my puppy for an X-ray and my puppy came back happy and playing. Dr. Megan texted me with radiologist reports as soon as she got them. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely make them my regular vet. I highly recommend VCA Andover and Dr. Megan.

We have used VCA Andover for both the vet and boarding of our dog, Calvin, for a number of years, before working with them through an illness that ultimately claimed Cal's life this fall. Throughout the entire time working with them, they were responsive, caring, and took Cal's best interests to heart while also working to be financially responsible with his care options. As we ultimately lost Cal to his illness, their entire staff was extremely kind and caring. As we said goodbye, the staff from the pet resort visited him and all told him how good a dog he was. It was incredibly touching to see how much he had become a part of the entire team's family. A true testament to how a business should be run.
