PET Urgent Care

We took Jacy in because her tail was bleeding. She needed stitches. They took us right in. We picked her up an hour later. Hardly any other pets were there. We are all sewed up with medication and instructions. We are on light duty and holding all heals. My dog is not afraid to go there. The first picture is when we arrived after her initial screening. The second is back home.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and made the experience of bringing an ill dog for treatment as good as possible. Everyone made my dog feel comfortable in their kind and caring approach. The treatment options were discussed with the doctor and vet tech and a conservative plan agreed upon. It worked and my dog is back to her old self! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my pup and me!!

Our dog was having significant GI issues over a holiday weekend and we were so thankful to find a clinic that could get us in quickly. From the moment we walked through the door, the entire staff was incredibly kind, compassionate and reassuring. They absolutely spoiled her with attention and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel calm and manageable. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly evaluate her, explain everything clearly, and send us home with a treatment plan that made us feel confident and supported. Within a short time of starting her medications, we already noticed improvement. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost. For an unscheduled urgent care visit over a holiday weekend, I expected the bill to be much higher. The pricing was very fair and absolutely worth the quality of care we received. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of our girl. It is obvious that the people here genuinely care about both pets and their owners, and that makes all the difference.

Unfortunately we lost our little Kitty boy Draco. He had been to his vet the day before but took a turn for the worse. Everyone at Pet Urgent care was so kind, compassionate, and caring. It was a difficult hard time. They were so patient with us. Later we received a lovely condolence card signed by everyone with flowers seeds to plant in Draco’s honor. We are so very sorry we lost him, but we are glad he was surrounded by all that love. Miss you forever Draco boy!

Our cat had acted like cats do and had no appetite, throwing up and acting sick, I brought her into the sister clinic and they suggested we come here because of wait times and they forwarded her paperwork over and the minute I walked in, they brought us back. She was checked IN THE Room so that I was there to watch and the doctor explained everything to me and let me SEE the X-rays. Our cat is fine now, after getting some appetite enhancer and we're fine after getting reassurances. I highly recommend this place

We had to bring our cat Felix into the PET urgent care, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The staff was incredibly fast in getting him seen, which really helped ease our stress during a scary situation. Everyone we spoke with was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward Felix. They treated him so gently and made sure we understood everything that was going on. It’s clear they truly care about animals and the people who love them. We’re very grateful for the excellent care Felix received and would highly recommend them to anyone needing urgent care for their pet.

Quick, in time, to have dog seen. Staff were all very kind and the vet actually listened to what I had to say regarding problem and past history of same. Was medically treated with great results within 24 hours and totally back to herself in 2 days. My little girl seemed calm in the facility. In and out in just over an hour. Thank you so much for including the knowledge of myself with dog in your consideration of treatment. I would without doubt take my dogs to be seen at this facility.
