Katella Animal Clinic

I LOVE this place! BLU is attended and loved by the entire staff! I am so happy I found this vet. I promise you will not regret it. They truly do follow up, they will remind you of shots and when you walk in they all give you there full attention. Thank you guys for being amazing! Blu aka Megatron is lucky to have you all!

This place is fantastic caring and gave great service to my dog the price was reasonable I am very happy I am definitely gonna start coming here for my dog . My dog is up and moving around thank you

Thought we were losing our family pet .I was in a total panic. I called the clinic and the tech was very understanding and sympathetic. She patiently listened with understanding and offered solutions and support. I am very grateful because she gave me time to go from panic to calm in making the right decisions.?our pet is currently doing Great!!’ Almost back to her old self. Thank you !!

Everyone here is super-awesome. They were able to diagnose my pooch and give me the meds to make her feel better. We were so worried about our fur baby. And she is so much happier now. Thank you so much!

I absolutely LOVE Katella Animal clinic. The office staff is very friendly and professional. The doctors are honest and caring. It’s nice to be recognized when you walk thru their doors. Makes me feel like a valued customer. Have recommended them to my family and friends!

Took my dog in for flees. Was suggested a Snap 4Dx plus test (to test for heartworm). I had denied twice because I had informed the vet tech that my dog’s been on heartworm medication and therefore does not need that test done. She pushed it and said if I do the test, it would be free so long as I (verbatim) "just click the link and ignore what’s in the cart". I was ensured that would be it (even after literally asking "what’s the catch") and I’d get the mentioned discount. Come to find out that I can’t go elsewhere for my dog’s medication because they conveniently forgot to mention that if I said yes to the test, I’d be forced to buy meds from them for a year (apparently the promotion requires you buy meds from them for a year otherwise you have to pay for the Snap test that was done). I don’t appreciate being lied to and now I am either forced to buy meds from that specific location or pay for a test that my dog didn’t even require. Bad practices and honestly should be illegal. If there’s a way to waive that fee and still allow me to purchase meds elsewhere, given that I was misinformed via omission, I’d appreciate it if this establishment reaches out to try and make things right.

They have nice staff and the vets themselves are pretty cool. No issues so far they took our boy toa in last minute for a hotspot surgery and did an amazing job. hes completely healed. they love our baby girl luv too! always nice to her
