Dr. Solís and her team did great at accommodating for both my kids! My German shepherd can get anxiety and they just do a great job at low stress handling and making sure he’s okay. The technician was great with us and made sure we received everything we needed including our prevention for our pups! They are just really great and so patient with us! We appreciate that so much! Dr Jenna Barber is the most caring Vet I know. She takes time to really listen and goes above and beyond any vet I’ve ever had. My fur babies all love her and actually enjoy going to see her. The vet techs are great as well as the front staff. I can’t justify with just words how much Dr Barber means to my family and me. I will continue take all my fur babies to her as long as I have fur babies and as long as Dr Barber is practicing here.

The doctor immediately said my dog had degenerative myelopathy. She gave him a timeline of 4 months. I sent cheek swabs off to Texas A&M and Cornell University and he came back clear on both. So, instead of just coming up with some random BS, we should investigate a little further. You should also offer more diagnostics. I was getting ready to dread the next 4 months until I had to put him down. This genetic test thing was never offered. I did this on my own initiative. What kind of operation are you guys running there, man ? This is my best friend. So, I will absolutely not be back. I'm going to drive him back to Houston for further testing. The proprioception test and response isn't always indicative of DM .Especially if he flips the foot back before taking a step. Do better. Clearly he knows his foot position in real time.. Not happy. Update.. here we are 4 months later and my dog is better. You still think it's degenerative myelopathy? I highly advise people to go elsewhere. You could have forced me to put him down 😡

Everyone at Swann Animal Clinic at Hillside are wonderful. I took my dog, Daisy, for a vaccination. She had some other issues and the tech, Kaleigh was very helpful and got us in to see a vet the same day. Very helpful and friendly.

Our dog is always treated with love and kindness. On this visit we had a possible emergency, and the receptionist found us an appointment time on the same day as the incident. We were received and taken to a room quickly. The Technician came in, quickly got the information she needed, told us the cost and took our dog to X-ray. Thank you! All is well.

Continues to be a wonderful and professional facility with excellent staff and providers!
