We have been going to crabapple animal Hospital for 35 years and have known Donna since our kids were just little and we bought our first dog. Donna the staff and Dr Tanner are the best and if you want a small caring vet facility this is the one. We have put five pets down with them over the years and just yesterday we put our dog a 14 years. They've always been loving and caring. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Been a client for 26 years. We own 3 dogs and I can't say enough about Dr. Tanner, Donna, Anna, Colby, and Leigh Ann. They are so important in helping us keep all our dogs happy and healthy!
Dr Tanner and the whole staff are caring, knowledgeable . The wait time is never long and we feel like family. Our two Cattle dogs love coming to the office and are greeted and handled with love every time. Highly recommend!
My relationship with Crabapple Animal Hospital started years ago with my parents and my childhood pets. As an adult, I have bringing my pets to them for years and would not consider going anywhere else. Donna and the staff are so kind and caring always going and beyond for each of my pets. Not only do I utilize their vet services, I have also boarded and had my dogs groomed here. Every service has been exceptional!
I work at a dog business and just called to ask for a mutual client’s vaccines. I asked politely and the immediate response was "I SENT THEM YESTERDAY" in an angry tone. I said I’m sorry I just didn’t receive them and she recited back the email she sent them to. I told her that wasn’t our email and gave the correct one to her. She said "well that would’ve been awesome to know yesterday". Immediate attitude off the rip. Your receptionist needs an attitude check. -a fellow receptionist
Our vet was closed, we were traveling and the boarder found an issue needing immediate attention. Within 15 minutes it was set up for my dog to be seen, no waiting for the handler, and full report of diagnosis, as well as paperwork sent to our regular vet. Thanks to the staff we were able to finish the last day of our trip and our pup is on the mend! Excellent assistance in our troubled time. ❤️
Donna, Anna, and Dr Tanner care for your fur babies as if they were their own. Would mot consider another veterinary hospital. ❤🐕
