Dr. Shiplov is such a sweet and affectionate vet. He was very gentle with our Cavalier King Charles, when we got her her first round of shots. We love in Tyler, and drive up just to see Dr. Shiplov. He spayed her last week and she is doing amazingly well. Love this clinic, highly recommend! Prices are super reasonable and the entire staff is so friendly and helpful.
The staff was all very friendly and the veterinarian was super kind. The problem was I had an appointment scheduled for 11:15am and was not seen until 12:52……that is 1 hour and 37 minutes I waited. I can understand being 15-20 minutes behind, but almost 2 hours??? Seriously, what is the point of scheduling an appointment. Suggestion: if your running that far behind, let your clients know so they can at least choose to reschedule. It cost me missing a lunch meeting and seeing my nephew’s baseball game. I got there 5 minutes early out of respect for the office and their time… this clinic needs to be respectful of our time. This is an overwhelming overt lack of respect. This is just constructive criticism Think about that going forward. Again the Dr & Staff were fantastic.
Dr. Brian took care of our cat for ten of his last 15 years. He was amazing and had a wonderful blend of compassion, skill, and listening. I have recommended him to friends who have had the same experience.
Similar to other comments we love the staff and the pricing is extremely fair. We have 8 different animals we’ve entrusted to the team’s care but regrettably have stepped away. The volume of animals to care is overloaded. For the past year we have never had an appointment that started sooner than 45 minutes late and every single call we’ve placed has been put on an extended hold. Unfortunately the facility has become a factory with what seems to be little to no investment placed back into the business.
My pets have been seeing Dr. Shiplov for over 15 years. He is the best vet in the business. We all love him!
They took excellent care of my dog, and didn't break the bank to do it! Very friendly! I highly recommend this place!
