Finally found the perfect vet for our sweet Aussie X Border Collie mix - finally the search is over and we’ll be coming back here for any future vet visits. The front desk staff are also incredibly friendly, and gave our toddler a puppy stuffed animal which kept her happy throughout our entire visit. Thank you, Caring Hands!
Caring hands was wonderful! I was greeted right away. The tech Nancy, was so nice and knowledgeable. My dog got top notch care and attention from the Dr Doss. I am New here and it was comforting to find a place like this for my dog. They communicated clearly and spent time with us that made me feel heard. All questions were answered and a summary of the appointment was given in an email. I can highly recommend caring hands!
I want to thank Dr. Brian Neumann and visiting Vet Dr. Robert Cullen for the most sympathetic and medical support as my beloved 14.5 yr old crossed the rainbow bridge. The chocolate smorgasbord brought him so much final joy and me, emotional ease. I appreciate all your patience and consult!
Brought our rescue cat here for her first check up and was very pleased! Dr. Panepinto and the vet tech were so sweet and made us feel so comfortable! I was also being a nervous cat mom after her vaccine (she was a little lethargic and not eating), but they calmed my nerves and were very responsive when I expressed any worry! Overall a great experience!
We started coming to this veterinary hospital about six months ago. They have always been extremely gentle and kind with my pet, especially since she has severe allergies that is causing ear infections and other problems. At the first visit, they gave a thorough examination and then presented several options of treatment and also talked through the pros and cons of each option, which we appreciated. Once a plan of action was established, we all followed the plan and my lil pittie experienced less symptoms and a better quality of life. Our most recent visit was due to her shaking her head and having a hematoma in her ear flap. Again, quick scheduling, thorough visit and options, and a general air of true care. The front desk receptionists were really polite, and the vet techs were personable to my husband and me and loved on our puppers. A plan of action was then determined again, and our pet is feeling much better with the drainage. The prices are also quite reasonable, especially given the area! Side note: as we were paying, I noticed that the exam rooms were immediately cleaned and disinfected after each patient! We really appreciate this entire team.
My boy Shaggy had an upset tummy for two days and I needed to get him to the doctor after blood was discovered in his stool. Just moving here made it rather chaotic finding a vet nearby who had excellent reviews. I found Caring Hands, they booked him the same day and they were very good with Shaggy. He is normally a nervous wreck but he cooperated this time for the first time (bark collar may have helped this as well). Nonetheless, facility was great, they took us in fast, Dr. B was so friendly and loving. Best if all, Shaggy is better now. Dr. B gave me options and was honest that she thinks conservative meds would be fine. I opted out of X-rays and blood work, using the meds and science diet food instead. Just like that, 5 days later and he's doing great! A bit costly, @120 for exam but in my opinion, worth it!
Dr. Rossi takes time with his patients in every appointment and explains the care he is providing in a clear, concise manner. I really enjoy bringing my 2 GSPs to Caring Hands and Dr. Rossi is the reason we keep coming back 😊
