I am incredibly impressed with everyone! Thank you! Admittedly, I was a bit reluctant and found this place accidentally. Wow, was I impressed. The team was kind caring and compassionate. I came in on a Sunday, the vet was kind and all the staff as well. Willow had the best time and they didn't even bribe her with treats, I am incredibly impressed and grateful! The outside of the building and the parking lot is a bit less impressive visually, which is not important at all, don't be fooled by an aged exterior. The nterior is completely remodeled, spotless and welcoming. I appreciate that they evaluated, have options, provided and estimated cost and helped guide in a way that was dogs well being informed, not trying to get the most out of a patient). I am glad I came there from Clifton Park, worth the drive. The appointment ran on time and wow so lucky to have stumbled on this place.

Absolutely the best, can't recommend them enough. Our girl had a bad ear infection with swelling and I made an appointment online for Sunday. We arrived and were immediately brought to the exam room and the tech came in in short order followed by the vet. She sent us home with medication and there was improvement but six days later our baby suffered a stroke and we found ourselves back there on Saturday for a final visit. Although hard they made us comfortable and as easy as it could be for us to say goodbye to our baby Sandy. We opted for cremation and received her ashes back today and I'm completely blown away with how beautiful the service was, complete with a beautiful wood box and a plaster cast of her paw. Thank you so much for all you did for us, you guys are the best.

This is the second time I've had to take one of my dogs here, and the staff is caring and attentive. The first visit, the literally saved my baby girls life. This past visit, the wait was a bit long, but my pup was considered stable. Turns out, she had a reaction to her vaccines, and she is all better now!

The attention and care our dog received was top notch from the minute we walked in thru the time we left after emergency surgery on a Sunday.

Fantastic people, very lovely staff, very empathetic. We brought our cat pearl in and they very much took care of her well. Very unique situation with her, as it seems. Came in describing a wretching from her getting worse over the course of a week. Describing it to be more of a throat issue, but the techs/doctor went to searching for digestive tract issues. No problem. Same things kept happening over night, they checked up on us the next morning and I still had the same concerns after they gave her a bunch of meds to help things along. So we brought her in again the next day, advocating the throat be the priority for the symptoms I was still seeing, and described on our first visit. They listened to us, and remideied the culprit... Hair ball hanging down her throat by one of our head hairs around her tongue. She's doing great now. Hefty bill for a hair ball, happy with the service and staff who listened to us and took action on our words. Will be going here again if need be for any of our three cats. Called go make a same day appointment for suspected UTI & was able to be in & out within an hour. Place is very clean with portraits in each room. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and patient with our girl Our Vet was very patient and explained things thoroughly. Highly recommend!!

On a Saturday, My Brutus was in still distress from irritated "bum" that was red and resulted in much "scootching". I looked up PetMed, who had regular hours for Sunday. Booked appt on line. Appt day- seamless. Easy check in, Tech and Vet were fantastic- took their time with Brutus ( and us). And the bill was not astronomical, which was even better. Exam and 2 meds= $267. On a Sunday. They followed up via text within 24 hours and sent records over to Primary If you are in a bind and cannot get to vet quick enough- highly recommend. Facility clean, professional.
