This is not your big box vet hospital. It is simply excellent, heartfelt, & wise pet care. Dr. Sikora had been my veterinarian for years but I moved & chose a high-end vet that was closer. When they became negligent, I went back to Normanside. It was a blessing.
I love this place. Everyone here obviously love animals and Dr Sikura is my favorite vet ever. She cares so much, has cried with me over hard decisions and explains everything very clearly. No change. Still 5 stars. Tho today she also revealed that the little boy Kitty we adopted was in fact a little girl!!
I’ve always had a great experience with this vet. But I’ll be honest I’m so upset. We took my sick dog in 3-4 times before she passed, and no one followed up. Our last visit was a Thursday with a call on Friday to say love her through the weekend and radio silence. Just left a really bad taste.
We've been taking our cat to Normanside Vet Clinic since we got him as a kitten 19 years ago. For every routine visit and occasional emergency visit, we knew our cat was in good hands. Their staff from receptionist to technicians to doctors who treated our 🐈 was extremely professional and caring. When the time came recently when our dear one was too sick and frail to continue living, the staff showed such compassion in helping us make that difficult and final decision.
