The Cat Cottage team was an absolute dream to work with. Jess and everyone there welcomed my two fur babies, Poppy and Moon, with such kindness and heart from the first day. Little did I know then, but they would become family to them for the next 6 months. They were comfortable, well-fed, played with, entertained, and treated with such good care during their extended stay there and I owe it to them to at least leave a 5-star review (would give them 10 stars, if I could!). I received pictures and videos often and was kept in the loop, always! Everyone there at Cat Cottage has the biggest heart and gave so much love to the kitties. I honestly don't know what I would've done without them. If I am around in town again for any reason, this place will be the go-to for my cats! I hope to cross paths again, as this place is a haven on Earth for cats. <3
My Cats love going to the cottage...They take excellent care of my babies when we are away...its great peace of mind. Jess is awesome!!! Even have Catio's that are heated for year around outdoor fun
This is an excellent place. We had our cat there for 10 days. We were kept informed every day and they worked hard to make our cat very comfortable and allowed her to adapt to this place. Wonderful people, wonderful place. 50 stars!!!
We had an amazing experience bringing our boy Bobbie to the Cat Cottage on three different occasions. Jess was wonderful to work with and was so patient with us, giving us a tour and answering all our questions before we initially boarded him. She knew we were nervous leaving him the first time and gave us a ton of updates and photos. He did better and better each time and know that was because of Jess and the whole set-up/environment of the Cat Cottage. We've moved out of state so unfortunately can't bring our guy here anymore, but highly recommend to anyone who is looking!
Jess and team were the kindest most warm-hearted people to care for our Jules. The Cat Cottage is inviting and comfortable. This wasn't just a business transaction they treated her like family. Couldn't ask for better care and love. Thank you again.
They communicate well and often, the location is nice, and cats seem to like it there because they have a variety of out-of-apartment activities.
