Aloha Cat Hotel

Just wanted to say thank you again for helping me out on short notice. Im able to keep my apartment and still have my babies with me. It's so awesome to have a place I can rely on to board my pets without stressing out about their welfare. I trust the owners because it shows how they care about the cats and they have great work ethics. Thank you again.

So glad we gave Aloha Cat Hotel a try for a recent 2-week trip. Satomi and Richard are clearly devoted to cats and took good care of our kitty. We received a video of our kitty about every other day, at no extra cost, which we very much appreciated. The rooms for the cats are well-designed and allow for movement and verticality. Communication with Satomi and Richard was good before and during our trip and their pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend!

This was the first time our 14 year old cat, Kiki, did not stay at home while we traveled. Needless to say we were nervous, and researched our options then decided on Aloha Cat Hotel. We felt very confident that they would take good care of her for the two weeks, paying much attention to feeding schedules, additional supplements in her diet, and her preferences. We also were impressed when we visited and her quarters were a nice, 4 ft x 4 ft x 6 ft room, and not a cage. It was brightly lit, super clean and so pleasant! She would enjoy the air conditioning because of her long fur. While on our trip we received videos and were able to see her making friends with other cats for the first time and how she was happily purring with lots of attention. She enjoyed it so much we would look forward to having her in their care again in the future. Thank you, Satomi and Rick!

Our kittens had a wonderful weekend at Aloha Cat Hotel. They had a suite and a lot of time running around playing with each other. The owner couple they sent us videos every day, it is so nice of them! This is definitely the best place for your babies to stay, each suite is decorated, looks very cozy, clean, and big space for at least 2 cats jumping, climbing around. 👍👍👍👍

They took such good care of my cat! It was his first time staying away from home and I was worried he wouldn’t do well, so we toured Aloha Cat Hotel ahead of choosing them. We had a good feeling from the moment we walked in. The facility is clean and has a warm, welcoming feel to it. Most importantly, we could just tell that the cats love the owner Satomi. Sure enough, my cat was no different. We would board him here again in the future!

Satomi and Richard run the best Cat Hotel in Honolulu that is clean, affordable, and easily accessible. (We live in Wahiawa) Our cat - Ocean - is a senior citizen needing patience and much TLC and she got lots of love and attention at her 5 day "Staycation" at the Aloha Cat Hotel. Satomi made sure we even got daily video updates of our cat on my IPhone. Services include food service, litter box cleaning, and pure clean water refill every day. Your cat will be spoiled here. Cats have a keen sense of trustworthiness and the Aloha Cat Hotel is truly the place to board your family member. They have earned our trust and we will be repeat customers when the need arises. Dear Satomi, We can’t thank you and Richard enough for taking care of Chi! She was so scared at first, as expected, but with your loving and kind heart, you made her feel so comfortable. And with the frequent videos, you helped to reassure us that Chi was okay. If a picture is worth a 1,000 words, a video is worth 10,000! It showed how Chi progressed and got more comfortable each day. We can see just how much you care about cats and that you are helping so many cat parents, like us, who need to board our cats when we travel.
