PetSmart Veterinary Services - Delray Beach

had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Zuri Dawkins and her team at the PetSmart Veterinary Services clinic in Delray Beach! —I’ve been on the hunt for a reliable vet since moving and I’m VERY selective on who takes care of my dog . My search ended here, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so friendly from the kind woman who checked me in to the dr who was knowledgeable friendly built trust with my dogs and administered their vaccines with ease. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You can tell they love animals.

Very good staff, very attentive and involved for my kitties needs. They showed me step by step how to clean her ears with the correct equipment and explained everything she needed and why. Dr. Dawkins and assistant Chanel Best were the best, they gave her treats and treated her like the princess she is :). totally worth it.

I brought Lily (cat) in for an exam and treatment. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. The front desk staff are pleasant and friendly. Alicia, the technician, was very warm and helpful. Dr. Gopin was very thorough and included me in everything she did. Their warmth, knowledge, thoroughness, and manner will definitely encourage me to use this Veterinary service for all my pets needs, going forward!

So, my husband found a baby duckling on the road who was alone and struggling to survive. Apparently, he had a broken leg. We took it to Dr. Dawkins and she was extremely knowledgeable, sweet and generous. She waved some of the office fees, considering the fact that the duck was not our pet. Such a great heart! A few X-rays were taken, and she provided us with the diagnosis. Everything else was explained to us on how we should proceed towards the duckling’s recovery, and a little boot was placed on its injured leg, which will hopefully help with the healing process. It was the best experience I ever had at a vet’s office!! She’s amazing, and her employees are great as well, specially Brie. Thank you guys, Mr. Duck and us really appreciate your great work and help!

Friendly and gentle staff. This was my cat’s first time at the vet and he loved it!!! The nurse explained the medication and steps so well. It was sooo worth my 1 hour drive. Thank you Dr. White!

Today Brooklyn our Akita went in for her annual checkup, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Dawkins and her staff were kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. They took time to check everything carefully, answered all my questions, and shared great tips to support her health as she gets older. It’s comforting knowing she’s in the hands of people who truly care. Highly recommended!

They got me in the same day that I called and took care of both of my kitties. They were so kind and caring towards me and the cats. Gave me all the information I needed, asked if I had questions and answered them, and let me know what to expect coming up and when to bring them back to check up. The price was was very reasonable - and they do offer a payment plan if you should need one. I will absolutely continue to bring my cats there for all of their health care needs. Thank you so much Dr. Dawkins and your entire staff. This cat momma is very happy and very relieved.
