The doctors, technicians and staff here are amazing. We’re very grateful to Dr. Polyoka, Dr. Hennings, and previously Dr. Hiller and Dr. Sailor for all the care and attention they’ve provided our fur babies over the years. The vet technicians and staff are also great at providing care and making sure everything runs smoothly. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr Hiller and his staff are always amazing with our Emma (and us!). From the moment we walk in the door, we are cheerfully greeted! Our vet tech was very kind and gave Emma snuggles and made her feel welcome. Emma is a puppy mill mama, and teaching her how to "dog" has been an awesome experience. We are so grateful for Dr Hiller and West Frederick Veterinary Hospital!!

I drive 40 minutes to this vet, that’s how much I love them! The vets and staff are knowledgeable/kind and don’t try to "upsell" treatments. The visits are affordable and they have squeezed my pup in same day, which has never been possible at previous vets (I’m talking booked 3 weeks out!). I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my baby!

Moved to Frederick and needed to find a new vet. So glad we went with West Frederick! Our smaller pup, Charlie, has a lot of anxiety and needed a muzzle at our previous vet for vaccines. He didn’t need one for his first visit here and even seemed happy after. Glad our boys are in good hands! Staff was welcoming and professional.

We have had a few emergencies with our kitties, and your practice has been very supportive. My fiance's family and I bring 6 pets to West Frederick Vet for routine care. We appreciate how caring the Doctors and technicians are. I also really appreciate how kind and accommodating the person at the front desk is. There have been times I needed to cancel an appointment due to my cat escaping, and you have been very understanding. One gesture that showed me that you care was when I could not bring my cat's stool sample promptly, and the Dr. just gave me a new container so I could collect it whenever possible since I had already paid for it. I love my pets as they are part of our family, and I feel so thankful that I live a 3-minute drive from your practice. It means a lot knowing your team is there when we need help.

An amazing, compassionate, and caring staff. The front desk is always amazing, and both the vets & techs are great. Special shout out to the vet tech Hillary, who was kind enough to be incredibly patient with my very frazzled cat during intake and getting him secure for the exam. He can be a bit fractious at the vet, but they were all very kind to him the whole time. His last visit He was definitely a gigantic jerk, and they were incredibly patient with him then too. (If you're reading this, and you remember a white cat named Bob from last year, I'm so sorry). I can't say enough nice things, because they've been great to me. And honestly, I'm a little surprised that the price is always lower than expected. I really appreciate the honest, good faith estimates. Definitely a great vet for cats! I still use this vet despite no longer living nearly as close as I used to, which may be the highest compliment I can give.

Hi Everyone. 😁 Ashley & Kris here. I’ve been bringing my dog Nala (2yr. Old white boxer) to west Frederick vet since she was 8 weeks old. She has seen 3 of their doctors and they are all great. Her recent and first visit with Dr. Keith krebs was Awesome. He was so good with her, my fiancé said . We will do our best to have her see dr. Krebs from now on if it’s possible. She seems to listen better with males. Thanks for caring for her as much as we do!😁
