Chewy Vet Care Boynton Beach

If I can give more than 5 stars, I would. After several disappointing experiences with other vets, I decided to try Chewy for a second opinion regarding a surgery a previous vet said Bella needed. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, Destiny was so kind, welcoming, and took the time to get to know Bella. Knowing Bella is dog-aggressive, I called ahead and one of the staff members came outside to greet us and assured me there were no other animals in the lobby before bringing us in. That simple act meant so much and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Steve P. and Robin, the veterinary assistant, were incredibly patient, calm, and loving with Bella, despite her being extremely hyper. The entire experience was the complete opposite of the stressful vet visits we’ve had in the past. To top it off, Robin sent Bella home with a sweet goodie bag that included toys and a Bravery certificate. To add the area was SPOTLESS and so clean! Today was a really good day for both of us, and I’m so happy to have finally found a veterinary home for Bella. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so cared for.

I went in as a first time client for my 10 year old dog named Jacob. My dog is known for being wary of men, but Dr. Pullon and Daniel took their time and was very gentle with my pup. They explained everything well and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be returning and the facility is absolutely beautiful. They went above and beyond compared to a vet that I used to go to. 10/10

I just took my pet here today on opening day. FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!! Dr Steve was VERY thorough, knowledgeable, and SUPER kind. Gavin, the vet tech, was GREAT too! He even walked us to our car with an umbrella. For something that is usually so stressful, this whole Boynton Beach team made it much more peaceful throughout the whole process from checking in to checking out. I look forward to having them on our heath team. I RECOMMEND!!!

We took our kitten there and the office was very clean and bright. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and we are happy to have a vet so close to home. We even got a little gift ! So cute

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Chewy Vet, especially Dr. Fecteau and Daniel. From the moment we walked in, the office felt so clean, calming, and comforting, unlike any other vet office I’ve ever been to. As a pet parent to a kitty with multiple chronic health conditions, vet visits can be incredibly stressful, but they made the entire experience feel so reassuring. They were able to get my cat, Stinky, in first thing in the morning for a suspected UTI, and they diagnosed and treated her so quickly. What meant the most to me was how genuinely they listened to every single concern I had. They took the time to answer my questions, offered thoughtful advice, and made me feel truly heard. The level of care and compassion from Dr. Fecteau and Daniel was incredible. It honestly felt like they cared about Stinky just as much as I do, and as a cat mom, that means everything. The sweetest part was that she actually came home happier than when we left, completely obsessed with the new toy they gifted her! I left feeling so grateful and relieved. It is such an amazing feeling to know your pet is in hands that are not only knowledgeable, but truly kind and compassionate. I cannot wait to come back, though hopefully not too soon because we are wishing Stinky lots of good health haha 🤍🤍

What an amazing experience with Dr. Chris and Emily at Chewy Vet Care. From the moment we walked in, they made both Winnie and me feel welcome and valued. The clinic was exceptionally clean, smelled fresh, and created a comfortable atmosphere. I was even offered sparkling water or bottled water while we waited. They have a video screen that walks pet parents through the process, which helped set expectations and made the visit feel organized and professional. Most importantly, Dr. Chris and Emily took the time to make us feel special. There were no surprises—everything came in exactly as estimated, which I greatly appreciated. To top it all off, they sent Winnie home with a toy, which was a wonderful touch. This is how veterinary care should be: professional, transparent, caring, and focused on creating a great experience for both pets and their people. Highly recommended! 🐾❤️

My first visit at Chewy Vet Care was amazing! Dr. Steve and the vet tech Daniel were incredibly helpful and took their time with everything. I never felt rushed and for the first time I feel like I’ve found a vet I can trust. I’m so happy with my appointment and extremely pleased with the care I received. The entire staff was wonderful. You can really tell they’re passionate about what they do!
