We got an answer right away when we called, and the clerical worker had great phone etiquette. She helped us book a fast appointment for the very next afternoon, which we really appreciated. When we arrived, we noticed they had treats available to help pets feel more comfortable, which was a nice touch. The wait wasn’t too bad and about 20 minutes before our dog was taken to the back. One downside for us was that we weren’t allowed into the back during the microchip process. Since she’s our first pet and only a 3-month-old puppy, we really wanted to be there to support her. However, the staff member did let us walk her to the back, which helped ease our nerves. The process was very quick, they brought her back out within about 5 minutes. I was nervous about getting this done, but I didn’t hear her cry and since the process 6 hours ago, she’s been fine and still her jolly self. Overall, I’m really glad we chose this clinic. It’s conveniently local, the staff was kind and helpful, and the service was fairly affordable at around $65. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to other pet owners.

I'm so happy I found Dr Ryan and her team. My regular vet was going to charge me $1,400 to remove a growth on my dog's belly. Claiming he he had to do this and that and all was necessary. I took Missy to her for a second opinion. Dr Ryan was able to remove the growth right there and then. It was a skin tag. The best thing is that she charged a fraction of what my regular vet wanted. I took Missy back a week later to get stitches removed and all is good. I also had to take my dog Bonnie for a damaged nail. Dr Ryan had to remove the entire nail, gave her a week of meds. And again the price was a fraction of what the other vet was going to charge. The staff is so nice and friendly. Very honest people. I stopped going to my regular vet and make the 45 minute drive to Buckeye Veterinary Services to see Dr Ryan. I highly recommend them. Your furry babies will love them, and your wallet will appreciate it.

my cat Jinx was very well taken care of today. He had surgery today to remove a large bump/mass from his back. The front office staff is so thorough and friendly. Everything was explained to me ahead of time. Dr Ryan did a wonderful job. Thank you so much for caring for Jinx.

Waiting for Cookie, got her right in & taken care of & babies look good too. Everyone loved the babies & Cookie had her special love from 1 of the techs too!

This place is amazing, I have been coming here for years. The staff is amazing, very caring and extremely understanding. They take care of all our furry babies. The most recent one was Kain. They definitely went above and beyond for the little guy. He is 100% back to normal now, thanks to the kind staff that took care of him. Highly recommend for all your furry baby needs. We will always be back!!!!

Very nice and pleasant staff. Vet top notch. Thorough and answered all of our questions regarding diagnosis and potential treatment. Would definitely recommend this veterinarian office.
