The office people are super sweet. The vet techs are very personal and kind as well. My only issue was with the lady that owns the place. She was very impersonal, rude and basically judged me for how I take care of my dog. He has skin problems and I came in to get him his annual skin shot, made the appointment yesterday and No one told me they didn't give the shot so I get up there and she tells me then that she doesn't do the shot just because she doesn't want to. I told her that he isn't good with pills because he will bite you and hes too smart to trick him with food. The owner was just not my favorite. She made me feel like I don't know whats best for my dog. I just felt like she thought I was stupid

If you have an emergency and your dog is close to dying, please find a vet with some compassion. After sitting in the waiting room for 50 minutes, I was told they were too busy to see me to find somewhere else or bringing him back another day.

There is so much value in having someone you trust love your animal as much as you do. Thank you Dr Baxter and team!

Travelling through from Canada and needed some supplies for our dog - the team fit me in as a walk-in and took care of our needs. It was obvious they’re animal lovers first and a business second. Great experience, thanks all.

Dr. Baxter is Amazing and she definitely has my 2 fur babies for life. She cares for all of the fur baby’s. Her staff is awesome, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable and friendly. 10 stars ⭐️ if I could.

This is are first time coming to this vet with our new pet went the first great! Second visit was today and we are already in love with Mrs. Baxter she is amazing. Very reasonable and price.

The Staff and Doctor are amazing! I walked in bawling because my doggo was not okay, and not only were they amazing with him but it didn’t break the bank to save his life! Lifetime patient here now! No one else will touch my animals
