From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome and reassured. The vets take the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions patiently, and never make you feel rushed. You can tell they truly love what they do. I always feel confident that my pet is in safe, compassionate hands here. Highly recommend Pet Friends to anyone looking for excellent care and friendly service.

Talk about a wonderful Job. They do and have done with my pets. In South Carolina most veterinarians don't like to work with Big Dogs like Boerboels AKA South African Mastiff. They are highly recommended and My husband Lee Nelly and I ,Jill Nelly couldn't be more happy on how they handled our fur baby. Plus giving us advice on how to keep our pig healthy and happy.

We have been going to Pet Friends Veterinary Clinic for 4 years now. Dr Lilly-Bare and her staff are loving and caring to our 2 pups and go way above and beyond for us as pet parents. They have been supportive and are a big part of why our pups are healthy at 9 and almost 10 years old. They are worth the drive as we live in the West Columbia area. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have 2 chihuahuas i raised from puppies, a boy and a girl. This has been the only vetinary clinic they have ever been to as far as all their shots, checkups, and nail clippings. I've been getting nail clippings for $7 as long as we've been with them. Now all of a sudden $20 per pup. I have the dog nail drill file, but im nervous about using it because I don't know how far down to go, so i just pay to save myself the headache. They held my dog hostage an ordered me to pay before they brought her back out 🙄 I was never not going to pay, I just inquired as to why the price had increased so high. The lady at the desk responded, "we just go up" 🙄 I was irritated but they still got what they deserved because my dog ran from them and pissed all over their establishment because she was frightened and does not like anyone aside from me, my dad, and daughter. They told me she had a nervous bladder which I knew was true. I know good and well I could've gotten a simple nail clipping somewhere else for much cheaper, I just didn't feel like calling around. You live and you learn.....

Wendi and all the staff are wonderful! They took such good care of my Georgia Peach! They were all very communicative, informative, and welcoming! I look forward to many years with them in helping me raise my beautiful love. 10/10 DO RECOMMEND! P.S. not saying they did this nor should you expect this miracle... but I had to board Georgia (10/10 for that as well). She's only 13 weeks, I adopted her at 8 weeks... aaannnywhoo... all I'm gonna say is she came back house broken. Lol.

I took my parents dog named Rusty who I inherited after they passed. He is all I have that is very dear to me because of my beloved parents. He had been coughing alot. They diagnosed him with a heart mumer and heart failure. All the staff are very empathetic and caring. The veterinarian recommended trying some medicines to see if it will help him. I was very emotional and upset but they are all trying to do their best to help Rusty and I am very grateful. They are willing to help you in every way. I would recommend them to everyone.
