All Valley Pet Clinic at Federal Way

I have been taking my dogs to the Federal way location for many years. Dr Erickson is absolutely phenomenal! She remembers about, and asks about all my animals and takes the time to really explain everything clearly. She is very knowledgeable and provides top notch care. I trust her with all my fur family! On top of the amazing care that she gives, my animals all totally love her. I can’t say enough good things about her and her technicians. Thank you for helping care for my 4 legged family and keeping them happy and healthy! We love you guys!

They were quite busy and customer service was very good. We didn't have to wait long to see the Vet. All in all, very satisfied with this business.

This place is amazing. Starting with me calling the front desk lady, asking if we could get our dog in last minute today. She was so sweet and friendly. She got us in, and then we had the best vet tech and sweetest vet. If you want the most trustworthy vet, come here. They did an entire exam on our little dachshund, we didn’t even ask. They were amazing. We got all of our medications we needed, all within 4 hours of calling. When you love your dog so much, it means the world to have a vet that cares just as much.

Dr. Erickson was excellent along with all of her staff. Very attentive. Very thorough evaluation of our cat and spent time to discuss same day labs, treatment, and answer all questions. Highly recommend this practice!

Every time we're there, we’re treated with so much care and attention. Luis may not love the idea of going to a vet itself, but he adores the team and shows his affection the best way he knows how—with a loud voice and lots of kisses! Very friendly staff, our wounded lab was comfortable with the employees. Clinic seemed very clean and did. Not smell doggy. 4 stars instead of 5 is we waited an hour and 20 minutes, and no one else was there. Very slow

Have been going to this clinic for years. Recently went in with my dog having a ‘severe ear infection’. Said it would take 6 weeks to treat. One of the meds I bought did not have the correct number of pills. I called in time so we would not miss a dose. When they got back to me she had missed two doses. Not good.
