The front desk woman is always so friendly and easy to talk to considering you don’t go to the vet for the fun of it. She makes the visit as enjoyable as possible. I had the pleasure of having nurse Mayra. She was so very thorough with her questions and seamed genuinely concerned for my pet. The doctor was very direct with pet evaluation and they both took the time to explain everything to me and I had a bunch of questions cause I don’t know much about taking care of my first pet and am worry some cause she’s a kitten. Mayra put me at ease with her care and treatment plan. Dr. assured me of the reasons for the meds and I didn’t feel like I was getting the "upsale" they were carefully considering the cost of care instead of just throwing on unnecessary stuff. Thank You guys for all of that. Oh and thank you for the donut around her neck. They could have made me buy one but gave me your donated one I’ll be sure to bring it back and probably a donation of my own for the next pet lover.

The staff at this Banfield is amazing. The front desk staff are so welcoming and professional. Every visit has been great. The vet tech is friendly and has great attention to detail. Every vet Ive seen with my dog has been so nice. They were so kind to my pup who is a feisty Chihuahua!! I highly recommend this specific banfield location!! I've been to two Banfields and this one tops them all!

My cat has been a member since she was 3months old, shes now 6yrs old. I love the care they give. Theyre very kind and communicate and understand my fur babies needs. One time I came in having a really bad day. Had a little meltdown and the young lady at the front desk was so kind to me. When my fur Baby Gundham passed away. They showed tremendous sympathy. I always recommend them to my friends and family. The money I save helps me alot. But mostly the care they give. Their kindness is what keeps having me come back.

Corporate greed won. I subscribed to a wellness plan in April after looking for more affordable dental cleaning options. However, the subscription defaulted due to a staff error. (My credit card for the subscription is valid for all other purchases I have made since April.) The corporate rep kept repeating he has "no information" on why payments didn’t go through. He said I owe $967, for the unsolicited medical tests that supposedly came with the wellness plan. My pet daughter never got her teeth cleaned but the pet budget is spent. Note: I am happy to pay what I owe on the subscription fee, but I have never received a statement informing me how much I owe when the monthly payments didn’t go through. MyAccount at Banfield.com didn’t flag any issues either.

I have been taking my furry friends to Banfield for the last 4 years. I've had nothing but great experience every time I go there. My dogs just like any other pet don't like it so much but the friendly staff and Dr's make sure that they are comfortable and they do everything to keep them calm during their visit. Great place and friendly staff.

The team at Delata Shores is always so friendly and do a great job w his haircut! They always provide the best cut!

Every time I bring my boys Guapo and Grizzly in for a visit, the ladies always give us the best care. Especially Justine and Akila! They are so knowledgeable and treat us like family. I never feel ignored, or rushed with them. On our recent visit, Justine even made me some tea while Akila was taking the boys to get shots administered…. The 1st time we came to sign up for a plan, the boys didn’t have names yet, so we had a blast coming up with matching dynamic-duo names. We’ve never experienced issues so far and our visits have always gone great. I’m very happy that I chose this location on Elk Grove blvd. Justine seemed more knowledgeable 100 times over to the rep I spoke to at a different Banfield location. So I felt we were in good caring hands. 🥰 🐶 🐶
