I've had to use them twice when my vet was closed. In November, came in for a second opinion, actually got xrays and found out what was wrong with my senior dog. In March my cat started acting weird. Doc confirmed that he had a stroke and seizures. Great care team. After putting my cat down, with all respect and care, they mailed me his foot prints. Hate why I had to use this company, but love how we were cared for. Thank you to the team at this location.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to this amazing vet clinic, Dr. Meurer and his team quite literally saved our boy Maxs life, had it not been for them our baby would have not made it. They were quick, kind and helpful, they have got themselves a new client for life! Thank you guys for everything, Max is doing so much better!

I made a new client appointment online for my dog Nora. The website required payment up front, which I paid because a friend told me the clinic would end up refunding it. That did not happen. On top of that, I was charged an additional emergency fee. When I asked why an emergency fee was added when the appointment slot was clearly available online, I was told not to worry because the $50 I already paid would go toward that fee. I am still confused by how a scheduled online appointment turns into an emergency visit with extra charges. The lack of transparency around pricing and fees was frustrating and left a really bad impression as a new client. I only went here because they work directly with Trupanion and are the only clinic in the area that does. I will figure something else out.

This team is great! It meant the world to me that the veterinarian always personally takes time to call me and discuss my fur babies diagnosis. The front desk staff is always awesome! We ❤️ Interstate Animal Clinic!

Interstate Animal Clinic is very easy to book, has polite and welcoming staff, and seem to genuinely care about my pets well being. I feel the cost was higher than my last veterinarian. But for the convenience of the location and ease of booking, I'll probably stick with them and watch for specials.

Took my 20 year old dog in as a emergency. Did surgery on his mouth , I got a few calls that day letting me know how he was, and they called several times to check on him once he was home. They took wonderful care of my boy. Both my dogs will go to this clinic from now on. Staff was fabulous!

I was able to get my pup seen on an emergency basis. The doctor and staff were very attentive and did a great job in explaining my puppy’s diagnosis and answering any questions I had. I appreciated the follow up call the following day. I also appreciate the multiple ways of paying for services.
