Dr Bode is the best veterinarian I have had caring for my animals She has gone far beyond the norm with my one cat researching and figuring out what was wrong with her on her own time. That shows she really cares about her animals she sees. Suki, the sweet polite dainty girl and Alfie … a menance… I LOVE IT!!

Upon arrival with my pet cat all of the staff were very courteous and professional and I have found over the years everyone that I've interacted with has made the visits very pleasurable and informative.

Very kind staff that worked with us to make our puppy comfortable at their appointment. They even let us drop by on days we don't have appointments for pets and treats so he has a positive association with the vets office.

Great first time vet experience. Adopted a kitty and needed care for a sudden situation. They got me in quickly no wait time. They dont take walk ins but they made me an appointment same day. As a first time pet owner they took the time to explain things and answered all my questions with patience and care. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

My guy isn’t big on shots. But the staff at Haines Rd Animal Hospital are so welcoming and come around the counter to greet him whenever we come in. That immediate welcome puts him at ease and helps him feel it’s a safe place to be.

The staff was very attentive and truly seemed to care about your pet. Everything looked clean and nothing was neglected.

We love Haines Road Animal Hospital! We switched to this vet before our puppy was neutered, and their care and compassion has been unmatched. Through his surgery, pre-op, and any concern I have had, I can call or text and they get right back to me - we’ve been able to get in same day for visits too! My puppy is in great hands with the staff and doctors at Haines Road! I can’t recommend or thank them enough.
