We want to give a Huge Shout Out to Vet Tech Devin and Veterinarian Dr. Greer. Our puppy dog Mia hurt her back paw while playing with her sister Olive. Devin and Dr. Greer took great care of Mia that night. They are incredibly knowledgeable and took time to address all our questions without making us feel rushed. The care and professionalism is so much better than our current vet we opted to do our next 3 follow ups with Devin and Dr. Greer. Overall; The staff is very friendly and accommodating when you arrive. The facilities are clean and very well lit. The service is outstanding. The bill was detailed, so you know what you were paying for. The diagnoses and treatment was easy to understand. We have insurance for our dogs, and this helps a lot when submitting paperwork. The UrgentVet we went to is located at 2727 Main St. We highly recommend them if you love your pets like we do.

I have twice used Urgent Vet Frisco and been enormously pleased each time. Most recently Dr Greer and Ryann gave my fur baby meticulous, compassionate, patient care on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. Despite a packed clinic, they took their time to work up my girl and establish a care plan as well as making sure that all my questions were answered. It's pricey, but a holiday emergency in Frisco would be! I will not hesitate to use them again if (God forbid) need be!

We had an urgent need for a vet to check out our little chi/pug/oodle who is about 15 months old. He got out of our yard and ran across Eldorado, where someone was able to grab him and brought him home. With unknown extent of injuries, he had visible cuts, abrasions and a bloody chin with an odd appearance when walking on his right leg. No one knew if he got hit by a car or had a close call. We needed an assessment asap and the urgent care came up when I searched on Google Maps 15 min away. It says 40% less than an ER and at 630pm on a Friday, I thought that was our only option. Reviews were outstanding, it was close, and they weren't busy. We made the best choice in going! Our little guy when through a traumatic event, as we did too! We were treated so well and the vet and tech was one on one with us, explaining everything I felt like we had the best care and the prices were a LOT less than the ER, where it takes all night to get in and out (from past experience). We now have a new direction to go when one of our pups has an urgent need!

We had come serval times over the last few weeks whiling looking for a primary vet. We came in about a uti and found out our baby had kidney disease. Everyone there was so incredibly kind and loving to our pup and us. In the end, we had to make the decision to say goodbye but the folks here gave us time. One last Christmas with our baby girl and that means more than words can express, so thank you from myself, my husband, and our sweet Sofie.

I had an amazing experience here! Dr. Greer and Maranda were kind, patience, understanding, compassion, good listeners, and went above and beyond! Thanks you so much! I also want to add that the restroom was very clean.

I had an emergency with my 14 year old cat Edward! He had cancer and on Tuesday night he started falling over! I rushed him to this vet and I was so welcomed and felt so peaceful due to the doctor and the employees at this location! Edward went to the rainbow bridge with so much compassion and kindness. Thank you to the staff you guys were the best

Amazing team and experience! My dog had a UTI and I was able to book an appointment right after work and be seen immediately. My dog is naturally scared and anxious at the vet, but the staff was incredibly patient and kind with him. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!!
