PetVet Vaccination Clinic

Today I was made aware that you can actually go to the website and get in line. However I was not aware that you could do this 4 weeks in advance of your appointment. (Which is awesome to be aware of). So I showed up at 4:45 pm, clinic started at 5:30 pm. Since this was my first time for getting my pet vaccinated at this locations I decided to go in a wait. The ladies explained how the " get in line" worked and made me aware I was 34th in line. That once it was my turn they would text me. I went back to my car to wait. Finally at 7:09 pm I went into the store to see what was going on and as I was going in I received a text. After that it took a matter of minutes. Next time I will still go to the website and get in line", but will wait at home for the text. It would be nice to know what number I am, just to have an idea. Over all I’m still happy with the service

This was a good way to get my dog his shots. It definitely pays to register your pet and sign up for an appointment as there were lots of others people there. The staff was helpful and efficiently got everyone in line for their turn. I wouldn’t bring a dog who was aggressive as there were lots of pets there waiting. I will definitely do this again as it was a bargain compared to going to a Veterinarian.

The Vet and the Vet techs were all great, very professional. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because the location I went to was the last stop. They were well over an hour late in getting there. At least 7-8 people got tired of waiting and left. We were also told that only the ones that signed up ahead of time would be seen. There needs to be a better way. There's no place to sit down...other than the bags of chicken feed that a couple of us sat on. Ofcourse, everyone has an animal with them, just standing in line. This is not a good system. I've been going to them for several years and each time it get's worse.

Prices are not clinic prices. Yes you get the shots done by a professional however I won't go back to them for the following reasons. 1. Scheduling- you should be given your sign in number prior so you can come closer to your time slot. Or given a number accordingly to arrival. 2. Vet & tech very dry. 3. Prices 4. Should be more organized or use a sign saying start here 🤔

Waited for dogs vaccinations. Wait was long but they notified me when they were ready for me. Kind staff and professional.

Absolutely love the staff and veterinarian for my Tootlebug! So convenient to run out and get what I need for her. Every Monday if needed.

This was a disaster!! So unorganized, having a reservation means nothing at all even though you get a text stating your are next - ignore it. If you want to use this service, show up early as they go by whose in line -- reservations are a waist of time!!!
