I will never take my animals anywhere else from this point forward in an emergency. I brought my dog in, who was in a dyer emergent situation. They brought her straight back and got right to work. From the front desk staff, vet techs, to the doctors…..everyone was thorough, kind, caring and attentive. The place was very clean and I liked the fact I could watch my dog on the cameras the entire time she was under their care, which I did. They were sweet and gentle with her. They did their due diligence to get to the bottom of the issue. The doctor, who was AMAZING, figured out what she believed to be the issue (and it was), and when she knew it was beyond the scope of what she could handle at that facility, encouraged me to transfer my dog to CSU neurology. Though my story did not ultimately have a happy ending and we ended up losing our sweet Lammie, this facility did everything in their power to save my dog’s life and I would trust them with any of my other animals care at any time.

I hope no one ever needs to get emergency care for their pet, but the reality is... it happens. It just happened to us on Monday. It is a lot, you see your baby suffer and it is expensive, they will not lie to you and let's be honest, things are hard financially for a lot of people. Including me. So it adds, money, fear, loss, pain... with all of that: I will not change bringing her here. We were treated with compassion and care but also with reality. I am very grateful about how serious they took it, I thought I was losing my baby. We got the estimate, we had so much time to figure out, they give you several options... Our puppy got all the love, care, attention that I was hoping for. You can see them on the cameras, you can visit them as much as you want to (be reasonable also this is a hospital and they are working), they were so patient with us, with the questions, with the cries... It is all that we need when going through this. So, I hope you never ever have to, but ig you do I will recommend them 100%. Eternally grateful for having my girl back with me, thank you to all of you front people, techs, nurses, drs... everyone. Thank you for everything.

We came to North Springs Veterinary Clinic with heavy hearts thinking we were not going to be going home with our 14 year old sweet boy. After a thorough examination by Dr. Myers, we left with a diagnosis, with our dog and with some much needed hope. All the staff were very professional and caring. Can’t say enough good things about the care we received.

I can’t recommend North Springs enough, they are a much better alternative to Southern Rockies animal emergency and specialty! They’ve seen my dwarf rabbit, Luna, for end of life services and my dog Gizmo when he slipped a disc in his back and each time has been a wonderful experience. The practice owner actually assisted with my rabbit’s passing, she is very sweet, compassionate, and very competent with pets and people! All the front desk staff, techs, and assistants are lovely and informative. This is a team that knows that owners are a part of the treatment plan and they ensure nothing is done without full explanations. Like most ERs, they see patients based on the severity of their injuries but, I have not had to wait multiple hours for my pets to be seen here. Service is always reasonable and they are upfront with costs, no surprises! Thank you to all the wonderful veterinary professionals at North Springs, you make Colorado Springs a safer place for pets!

Our dog came in to the emergency room in the middle of the night. The staff met us at our car and carried our dog in (90 lbs). The care team were exceptional in all areas. Our dog stayed 3 nights. In addition to excellent clinical care, the staff gave him a lot of love. We could not have asked for better. The communication of our dogs status was very good. They explained everything and were patient and supportive. Thank you to the entire team.

Brought my dog in to the emergency vet here because it looked like he opened the incision from his neuter. To put it lightly, he’s a difficult case on a normal day… the whole staff was amazing, Arwen and Dr Ganzer were really really great and made my pup feel safe and secure despite him obviously being terrified. Really good experience and I highly recommend this place!!! Photo for the pet tax

I'm so thankful to have found such a caring and thorough team. They have saved both my dog and cat's lives. I've been coming to this clinic for about 4 years now, with increased frequency over the last two years as we chased mysterious fevers in my cat Chloe. We had many close calls while trying to diagnose her and find answers. This team met us with such grace and understanding. Both my animals have stayed overnight, with Chloe spending a 3 day overnight in their ICU on oxygen at one point. I feel like I found a family in their team throughout the process. Every front desk associate, every vet tech, and every vet made us feel safe and cared for even when faced with uncertain outcomes. This team has always gone the extra mile to find answers and provide us with the information we need to make the right decision for our babies. Their specialty team helped us discover that our Chloe girl had cancer. We had an incredible 5 months with her after diagnosis that wouldn't have been possible without this team. Eventually this was the team who helped us say goodbye. I cannot thank them enough for helping us through that difficult decision and for the love and care shown to us during that visit. I wish they could be our primary vets. If you need a team you can trust and know that they have the best intentions for your fur baby and yourself, this is your team.
