The team at Taylor Animal Hospital will forever be apart of our lives. We had our German Shepherd for 10 years before it was time she needed to cross the rainbow bridge. They went out of their way for my family. Answered all of our questions, even when we were unsure they never once felt like we were in the way. They took care of us, our sweet Samantha, and I highly recommend them. Thank you to each and every one of you for your patience, support, and understanding.

I love this place! They made sure Blossom had the best care for her surgery. They let me know when she was having the surgery and how it went. I was messaged and called. I was given paper work of what happened and instructions of after care. I'm very happy with everything and love the way they are so friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Taylor was wonderful with my dog! She is super nervous at the vet and with new people. He was super patient with us, asked me what worked best for her and made sure she was comfortable. The front desk staff were also super kind and helpful making the check in and check out process super smooth!

Took one of our older, fluffy long haired cats in for grooming. She had dreds on her belly and around her tail. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I was told (for my cat anyway) they were not 'professional groomers' but they had done this for cats many times. Not a big deal to us as it wasn't a style for looking good - this was more of a necessity. They had her ready in about 4 hours. The shave was even and no nicks, etc. Cat was happy. We were happy. Would recommend Taylor for this service.

I appreciate the calm atmosphere in the lobby when we are there with our dogs. The staff handles clients and pets well. Email questions are responded to promptly and my dog is given his vaccines in the exam room while I am present.

We’re so grateful for the care our vet team provides. With two cats and a puppy, we’ve had our fair share of routine visits and a few unexpected moments and every time, they’ve been responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly supportive. They take the time to answer our questions and help us feel confident in how we’re caring for our pets, whether it’s a normal checkup or something more urgent. It makes a big difference to have a team we trust so fully with our furry crew.

I dropped off stool & urine samples prior to my pet's appointment for an annual check up. This way the results could be back in time for my appointment and I could discuss them with the vet. When I arrived for the annual check up, I found out the samples were thrown away and no tests were run because I had picked the wrong "package". I didn't know the "package" was only for blood work. When I explained my disappointment, I was told "well it was explained to you". I wasn't going to leave a bad review because accidents happen. However, I'm now at an urgent appointment for the same pet and they need lab results. When TAH was contacted for lab results, we were told they have no blood work on file for the pet that I DID pick a blood work "package" for. So my question is what did I pay them $$ to do?! Obviously it wasn't a stool, urine, or blood work test.
