I had to bring both my pets during the holidays Esmèe and Stella. This staff moves fast and does what’s best for your animals. I’m very impressed by the care they received. Normally my pets run away but they kept wanting to be with the nurses and doctors. I was calling during the night and they would answer and make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions. They got both of my pets feeling 100% quickly and let me spend time. I’m drawing a blank on all of the staffs names but this truly is the best ER I’ve been to in 4 years. Thank you all so much for everything we will definitely choose here over any other ER.
The team that helped my dog Daisy on NYE was amazing. Thank you so much for being patient with us and giving her excellent care. She dislocated her elbow and they had to sedate her to put it back in place and every single person we interacted with, both night and day shift, were absolutely amazing and happy to be doing what they were doing. We cannot thank you enough.
RiNo Vet and its incredible doctors saved my dog’s life!! After first taking her to a veterinary clinic closer to home, I was given a poor prognosis and told that I needed to consider euthanasia. My family was crushed. Wanting a second opinion, I brought her to RiNo Vet. The team immediately took the time to thoroughly evaluate her condition, run the necessary tests, and explain all of our options. Based on their findings, they recommended emergency surgery—and they performed it at 1:00 a.m. Because of their expertise, thorough assessment, and willingness to act in the middle of the night, my dog is alive and thriving today! I will always be grateful for the exceptional care, compassion, and dedication they showed during one of the most difficult moments our family has faced. Thank you to everyone at RiNo Vet for giving us more time with our beloved dog! We can never fully express how much that means to us.
Stellar emergency vet! On NYE, when my primary was not accepting emergency walk ins, I was stressed out, my cat was not feeling good. When I called, the receptionist was immediately reassuring and after collecting some information, I drove down to Rino Vet. I was so relieved when Gabby and Dr Brenda Francis took my cat in right after obtaining a history and then came back to explain their findings. Despite my cat being the rudest patient ever (lol) the staff continued to work professionally and lovingly toward my pet. They even went an extra step and followed up with me after my visit to check on my cat. I highly recommend Dr Francis and the staff at Rino Vet to care for your furry friends, I loved the care they provided and felt well taken care for. I will return to this ER if needed again in the future 100%. Thank you all who work there!
Not only did the team support my mom and my dog while I was stuck in Mexico for 72 hours longer than I had planned to due to unforseen circumstances. They also have been extremely supportive of me since I landed back home. Unfortunately after my pups first admittance to the hospital and discharge he did have to see them again a second time come home with me and then go back shortly thereafter to be admitted. And like I said not only has the team showed up and done everything that they can for my dog. But they have done everything they can to support me in this moment as well. I can't say enough about how caring the team at this hospital is. I highly recommend them.
I came here due to my kitty ingesting toxic flower material and was immediately met with urgency, kindness, and prioritization. I really appreciated the energy experienced by the entire staff and outside of my own experience, you can tell this is a strong aligned team that enjoys the work they do to help. They treated my kitty so well and I felt like they were truly putting his well-being of high priority. The main veterinarian, I believe his name is Ryan, was very helpful in explaining the process throughly as well as attempting to ease my anguish and worry as best as possible. Everyone else was very kind to us and my kitty. I'm very thankful for my experience here as well as being able to come back the following day to ensure his safety 24 hours after exposure. Thank you so much to this team. I hope to never have to return here but I know that I can if needed and will recommend this clinic to others. Thank you from our family (& Cartman) <3
"I took my dog to RiNo vet in Denver because he was throwing up and not eating for days. After paying almost $1,000, the vet first suggested it was just gas, even asking me if he’d eaten a corn cob—an odd question since he hadn’t. The staff seemed unsure, and the doctor just left me with meds and a follow-up suggestion for even more expensive tests. Luckily, I got a second opinion—right away, a different vet identified a real issue in his stomach which was SURGERY he had a foreign object in his small intestine needed surgery right away. Frustrating because I asked the doctor to see the Xray and he believed 100% it was gas. I’m really disappointed by how this was handled and would not recommend them."
