I wanted to like this vet... my parents used to take our dog here and they said it was always great so I decided to take my cats in to the get established with the vet and ask a few questions. Unfortunately the vet was super rushed for some reason and I got to ask one question about feeding and he said "I'll be right back" as if he was going to go get something, but then he literally never came back, never told us where he was going. He had another nurse come in and try to answer our question but she was just reapeting what he told her to say so it wasn't super helpful when we had follow up questions and she had no idea what to say. I also had my female cat in there and I asked if he could feel her belly because I felt a suture poking out a little while after her spay. Well he felt around for maybe 3 seconds and basically acted like I was crazy and nothing was there. He was also just kinda rude and uninterested the whole time. We spent 70 dollars for the vet to show up for all but 2 minutes and walk out on us.

If you dont already have a vet you should come here. The ladies here are so nice and understanding. The most important thing is this place is 100% affordable, they charge way less then anywhere else. When and if I get another animal I will use them. Thank u ladies for all u did for angel.

Bad experience with the vet-1st time/last time, No intro, no questions about us as pet owners or experiences, just an assumption that we were clueless. Barely looked at or touched the puppy. Lectured… Gave advice that contradicts what many other vets have advised.

First time here, staff and doctor were very friendly and took creat care of our 3 cats.

I can't say enough about this office. We absolutely love them! They are professional, kind, caring, treat the animals with love and respect! Friendly with everyone, knowledgeable, helpful, work with you on time and pay. The list goes on. We've been going for 10 years now and everyone of our pets is happy to visit. Even during recent emergency issues when she was scared and in pain- they kept her calm and loved on. We had a horrible experience with one pup during an emergency after hours with another hospital last year and after that we won't take any animal anywhere else. They keep them calm and happy through everything and actually care. Definitely worth it.

Last time I'm going here - my last visit I needed a heartworm test for my new dog and also our groomer suggested medication to calm the dog when we visit. Instead, I got a lecture from the vet for why he didn't need to prescribe medication, and then he rushed me out the door and didn't do the test. Absolutely does not listen to you, charges you and kicks you out. I will definitely be seeking a new vet.

My cat developed an abscess so I made an appt. They cancelled the appt at the exact time it was supposed to take place due to being understaffed. As a result, my cat's abscess became infected. I called to get her in to be seen and they couldn't get her in for 4 days. My cat is 20 years old. She could have died if I waited that long. I told them that so they suggested that I take her to an emergency vet in Indianapolis. I told the receptionist that would cost hundreds of dollars. She had absolutely no sympathy and didn't offer to try to squeeze us in or anything. I ended up taking my cat to New Winchester Animal Clinic, a walk in clinic in Hendricks Co for only a $40 fee. They didn't even mention this place. They told me to go into Marion Co to a place that would have cost close to $1000 for emergency services. We won't be going back. Uncaring & unprofessional.
