The staff is wonderful. Zor the vets assistant is knowledgeable and caring. The front desk girl Mirka is very nice also. The Vet that took care of my dog, Dr Patel has 50 years of experience and gave my dog a thorough examination right in front of me. None of this nonsense where they take your pet and you don’t know what is going on. I’m a retired medical professional with 40 years of experience myself and I recognize when people are caring and genuinely concerned about your pet and are not out to rape your bank account. Their prices are very fair. It’s not a fancy office but the level of care and personal attention makes up for the lack of high tech surroundings. I’d never use another vet again. This place and these professionals are a Godsend if you have a sick pet. God bless them.

This place isn't as bad as the reviews make it sound! My sibling and I took my 4 year old cat here because she's been coughing a lot, and we expected her to come back to us in a bag, but in reality, the doctirs helped a lot more than we expected, and the prices were fairly reasonable. The doctors were super nice and willing to help us remove stuff to make the price more affordable, overall a very good experience and we will come back again.

I brought my dog here years ago when he was a pup. I came back recently when my dog was attacked by my neighbors dog. My family was in a panic. Queens animal hospital put my families and my dogs needs first. They talked with me every step of the way asking if I had questions, making sure I understood the procedures and always asked for my Input. The staff was always caring, kind and understanding. They gave me estimates and helped me to find ways to get services in a way I can afford by educating me about Care credit. Thankfully they did because I was able to make an affordable payment plan without stressing. They were so kind . I will be coming back here

My old vet office closed down so I had to find a new one and we decided to come here bc it’s so close to the house. I don’t know why there’s any bad reviews. We really love it here so far! I brought both my dog and my cat here on two separate occasions. We were able to get both of them in within a few days as a non-emergency general wellness visit & shots! The doctor listened to me & my significant other and our concerns regarding my dog and he asked all the right questions. He had solutions that made sense and were clear. The pricing is very reasonable considering this is NYC and the care we received was overall fantastic. The front desk people are polite and welcoming. Happy to recommend this place to friends!!

I appreciate how accommodating the staff are and how transparent they are with their pricing. The cost is mid-range, but they offer promotions which really help. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and addressed my cat’s concerns in a helpful way. Overall, I felt comfortable, informed, and satisfied with the care we received

I'd go with 3.5 if I could instead of 3. Generally good place. Main reason it's not 4 or 5 is because I wasn't talked through things enough. I'd taken my cat for bloodwork and they'd wrapped it a bit tight. I'd never had an issue with it before so I didnt think much of it. I would've appreciated if they told me to watch out in case it was too tight and that I could take the bandage off if it was. At home I just randomly noticed my cat limping with a very swollen foot and panicked for a while before googling what to do since the office was closed. (Edit: 4 now because I believe they'd take the feedback.)
